The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being very close to the airport and major highways. The staff, especially the breakfast and reception staff, were exceptional in their friendliness and service. The hotel had great facilities like a swimming pool, Starbucks coffee, and a small convenience store. It would be even better if they added toiletries and hand sanitizers for those with connecting flights.
The room had a strong mold smell and was quite noisy, being located near the elevators. The shuttle service was not up to par, and most of the attendants were unhelpful and unfriendly.
