We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to Mr. Luis and his exemplary customer service skills. He provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and gave helpful advice on navigating the city. His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the front lobby was spotless and the front desk staff was efficient, making our check-in process smooth even though we arrived late. The hotel's location near the airport was very convenient, especially for late flights. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and the Starbucks coffee inside. The small convenience store was a bonus, although it could benefit from adding toiletries and alcohol wipes for travelers on connecting flights.
